343. British consulate in Tamsui

During Ching dynasty, the British built a consulate in Tan Shui/Tamsui, Taiwan. The building is about more than a century old now. The consulate is protected by a fortress with canons facing the sea.

341. Taroko Gorge

 On the eastern coast of Taiwan sits the beautiful city of Hualien. The Spanish came here to mine for gold in the early 1600s, but it was not until around 150 years later that the first permanent settlement began in the rocky coastal terrain. Hualien is a small city that is mainly known as being a starting point for anyone visiting Taroko National Park. Inside the park lies Taroko Gorge, a 19km-long canyon that twists and turns through jagged cliffs. Today, Hualien has a listed population of just over 100,000 residents.

340. Chapel Senhor da Pedra

 "Lord of the Stone" or "Senhor da Pedra" in Portuguese, is a small rococo style chapel from the X VII century located by the Atlantic ocean in Madalena, Portugal. The cult of Christ the Lord of the Stone may have originated as a ancient pre-Christian pagan worship of the Lord of the Sea.  In the back of the chapel appears a strange marking on the rock in the shape of horseshoe. The legend says that the mark was left or by the donkey that transported a Virgin Mary or by the horse of D. Sebastião I, one of the Portuguese kings.

Krzyztopor - Lottery

 Krzyżtopór (also known as Krzysztopor) is a castle located in the village of Ujazd, Iwaniska commune, Opatów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It was originally built by a Polish nobleman and Voivode of Sandomierz, Krzysztof Ossoliński (1587-1645). The castle was partially destroyed during the Swedish invasion known as The Deluge in 1655, and then reduced to ruin during the war of the Bar Confederation by the Russians in 1770.
